Single-stage reverse osmosis pure water is adopted for standard working conditions, with effluent conductivity ≤15 μS/cm. For high-precision electronics and optical cooling scenarios, two-stage reverse osmosis combined with ion exchange is deployed to produce deionized water that meets strict industrial cooling standards.
